Car line for four year olds/VPK 5 DAY will take place from 8:20-8:30am.
Car line for three year olds will take place from 8:25-8:35am.
Teachers & staff will meet students & parents in car line, please see the car line map on the next page. Please be prompt, as we have staggered car line for each age group.
At the conclusion of each day, teachers will walk students to the gate where parents will pick their child up in carline at 11:50am
Arrival begins at 8:40 a.m. & class begins at 8:50 a.m. Park your car & walk your child to the north end entrance of Baker Center Gym. Doors will be unlocked in the morning & you will proceed to the classroom where the teacher will meet you at the door.
Dismissal time is 11:40 a.m. Meet your child at his/her classroom.
Inside your welcome packet, you’ll find a colored name tag with your child’s name. Please place it on your rearview mirror or sun visor at pick-up to help us smoothly prepare your child while you sign them out using the Brightwheel App (QR code on the back). Kindly be mindful not to block the road, so through-traffic can flow easily and keeping carline safe and stress-free!
***For the safety of all students and staff, cell phone use during pick-up is not permitted.

If you prefer not to wait in carline, we recommend picking up your child before 12:15 PM to help avoid confusion during dismissal. Reminder- don’t forget to sign your child out on BW before
leaving the preschool.

If your child is attending the “Extended Care Program”, please send the following items in a
separate labeled bag:
A nap bag (preferably a roll-up style) and/or a small stuffed animal or lovie.
Extra change of clothes in a labeled ziplock bag for the aftercare teachers.
(this is separate from the morning classroom set).
All items (including the bag) must be clearly labeled with your child’s name.
Nap bags will be sent home at the end of each week to be washed. Please return them on
your child’s next school day. In addition, please provide an extra PM snack in your child’s
lunchbox, labeled “PM Snack.”
This will be an additional monthly charge. (No refunds for days not taken on your scheduled day).
2 Days: $150
3 Days: $215
5 Days: $300
